For our Activities, you'll need to book via our website - which has live availability. If you're already at Ballerz, and wish to play an additional activity - please speak to a member of our team and they will be happy to check availability. We recommend booking in advance, to avoid disappointment as our activities sell out fast - especially during peak times.

If you are running late please drop us an email on hello@ballerzclubhouse.com or call us; 01252 418 484 and we will make every effort to fit you in to play your booking (although this cannot be guaranteed and tickets are non-refundable).

On the day, you should arrive at Ballerz Clubhouse no later than 10 mins before your time slot begins. Upon arrival, a member of our team will provide you with your mini golf tee off time (start time). Tee times are every 5 minutes. We have a maximum of 4 players, per tee time. If there are 5 or more players in your booking, you will automatically be split into smaller groups and assigned multiple tee times (5 minutes apart) following each other around the course. Please note: your tee off time may not be until near the end of your chosen time slot. You're free to come as early as you like beforehand to enjoy food and drinks.

Tables are generally available on a first come first serve basis. If you are a large group and are interested in reserving an area, you may enquire through our group booking page, so our bookings and events team can build a package for you!

It varies depending on how busy we are, and how fast or slow you play. At peak times it will probably take 30 to 40 minutes to play 7 holes. When we are less busy, your round may be quicker.

Yes - we have free parking available just outside Ballerz Clubhouse! If the immediate car park is full, we also have an overflow car park - which is accessible via a lane at the side of Ballerz.

Yes, Under 18's are welcome at Ballerz Clubhouse until 7pm. Please note; the last activity bookings for under 18's is 6pm. At 7pm, we become an over 18's venue - and any under 18's will be required to leave at this time. Please note there are age restrictions on some of our games; AR + Interactive Darts; You must be at least 10yrs +. Virtual Clay Target Shooting; You must be at least 8yrs +. Pool: You must be at least 12yrs + Mini Golf: No age restrictions apply. *All under 18’s must be accompanied by a responsible adult at all times.

Dress to impress. Smart casual or be ready with your best Golf attire! *Please note that we would expect you to be respectful with your choice of clothing. We do not accept gym wear, construction attire/similar, non tailored shorts or flip flops. Management reserves the right to refuse entry if your clothing is deemed inappropriate.

We have a ‘Challenge 25’ Policy in place and should you be fortunate enough to look under 25, you will be asked to present ID. Acceptable forms of ID are: a valid, in date passport, UK driving license or any card with the approved PASS logo. Please note; Ballerz Clubhouse is an over 18's venue from 7pm - and all under 18's will be required to leave at this time.

Due to our unique location and countryside setting, unfortunately we don't have direct public transport links. We do have two train stations near; Hook & Winchfield - which are approximately 7 to 10 minutes away. Equally, we're just 5 minutes from J5 on the M3, and have free parking in our car park directly outside Ballerz if you're driving. For those who wish to get their game on and enjoy a cocktail or two... we're able to recommend local taxi firms, who are reliable and service our guests each week.
